Our sovereign requires to be treated respectfully. A gentle and delicate handling during harvest and in the cellar is the foundation for the development of her outstanding fruit aromas and her soft, round, personality. The eight months in which this superior wine aged in French oak barrels, was the final touch in bringing out her subtle feminine dominance.
