JEM HARRIS

Jem originally comes from Australia and has been bringing his international experience and seasoned, pragmatic perspective to our Domaine for x years. He must be knowledgeable not only in harvesting grapes, but long before that in vine pruning, in the careful tending of the stocks through all seasons, in vigilant attention to weather, soil, and degree of ripeness. He decides when the perfect moment for harvest has arrived, and accompanies the grapes from the vineyard into the cellar. Jem is the guardian of terroir and the translator between nature and enjoyment. In the cellar, craftsmanship transforms into liquid art: fermentation, aging, the choice between stainless steel tank and wooden barrel, the art of blending – all of this demands experience, patience, and a fine sense for nuance. In the end, what stands before us is not simply a product, but an expression of landscape, climate, and character – newly interpreted year after year.

CORINNE BAUTE

Our Corinne is, in the truest sense of the word, the hostess of the Domaine. She is the link between the wine and the people. In direct conversation with customers — whether during spontaneous visits to the winery, guided tours, or personal sales conversations — she becomes the ambassador of the estate. Corinne creates an atmosphere in which people feel at ease, translating the aromas, structure, and character of our wines into accessible words that spark curiosity. Behind the scenes, she is also responsible for all the administrative work a winery requires. Because an exceptional wine is not created solely in the vineyard or solely in the office. It is created through dialogue. Respect, collaboration, and a willingness to communicate openly are essential to a successful product. Trust is the key. Where these two worlds — craftsmanship and entrepreneurship, tradition and innovation — come together productively, something more than good wine emerges. A brand with history, character, and a future is born.

ETIENNE FOURMENT

Etienne has the vineyard in his blood. He looks after what every great wine begins with: the soil and the vines rooted in it. He plants, tends and harvests, and he knows what the earth needs long before it shows. There is no diploma on his wall. His knowledge comes from experience, from close observation and from years of working with his own hands, and that is exactly where his strength lies. Etienne reads the vineyard the way others read a book: in the scent of the soil, the colour of the leaves, the condition of the grapes. He senses when the right moment has come, whether for planting, for tending or for picking. Etienne is deeply connected to the land, and you can taste it. Before a wine reaches the glass, it is earth, sunshine and patience, and Etienne makes sure that each of them is present in just the right measure.
